Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA by contacting our customer service team at support@laboes.com. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be processed.

  1. Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging included. This ensures that the product is protected during transit and can be resold in pristine condition.
  2. Restocking Fee: Pristine, re-sellable items returned within 30 days of receipt with original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.
  3. Condition of Items: Items without original packaging cannot be returned after 30 days. Furthermore, we cannot accept the return of any item that has been marked, damaged, or shows signs of use.
  4. Right to Refuse Returns: Laboes reserves the right to decline or not process a return if it does not meet our return criteria. Each return request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our policy.

Time Frame for Returns All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns after this period. It is important to check your items upon delivery and contact us promptly in case of any issues.

Customer Responsibility Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Laboes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Damage Claims If items are damaged during transit back to us, no refund will be issued. All damage claims must be addressed with the freight carrier. It is essential to package items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
